-
Sequenced, weekly personal growth workshops focused on experiential learning about self-advocacy, assertive communication, healthy and unhealthy relationships, stress management, and other relevant topics.

- Team building activities and collaborative learning models for peer-to-peer education and support experiences.
- A requirement of a minimum of 100 hours active participation in community service and leadership development opportunities, including membership on local planning committees and collaborations with other community partners.
